"FAST-TRACK Program"

To Get Started With The
ACTS Emergency Support's
FAST-TRACK Program!

ACTS World Relief wants to encourage you in the unique objectives that God has called your Christian organization to, in practical community service involvement and preparedness training. ACTS offers support and the ability to strategize the placement of our fleet of kitches, vans, box trucks, various emergency services vehicles (ACTS ES), sound stages, tents, equipment, and emergency supplies, possibly at your location when you are involved such as:

1. You reach into your community serving its needs with block-parties, feeding events, etc. on a weekly basis; and with emergency services involvement when called upon,

2. You provide educational opportunities that include educational credits for students and youth involved.

3. In the time of an emergency incident, to be a "Trained First-Responder Team Member" with ACTS Emergency Relief or with ACTS Emergency Support.

4. When you provide additional support of international opportunities in emergency response, training, rebuilding, spiritual healing, participating in medical & health education through programs with ACTS World Relief.

Its Just This Easy...
Here Are The Guidelines To The
ACTS FAST-Track Program

A. After reading these Guidelines, CLICK on the link at the bottom of this page. Include in the comments, what community projects your organization does on a regular basis for the past two years.

B. Tell us in this organization sign-up form, what your plans are in community involvement for the next two years. A review committee with evaluate your past involvement and your furture goals to determine how ACTS can partner with you to help you achieve your objectives.

C. Each January, provide a summary of projects, man-hours spent in service by how many people, as well as the status and condition of your loaned equipment from ACTS Emergency Relief. This summary will be reviewed to determine how well your objectives are being met and to justify the continued retention and use of the ACTS Emergency Relief loaned equipment. ACTS Emergency Relief retains the title of all loaned equipment to allow the deployment of all equipment where it is best needed. (ACTS Emergency Support Equipment is not relocated as the equipment can be in the ACTS
Emergency Relief
program)

D. Train all youth in CERT (and when available, TEEN CERT)
Community Emergency Response Team. All ACTS Volunteers must also have training in IS 100, IS 200, IS 700 & IS 800 as required by NIMS to be compliant with your state's Emergency Management Agency and the National Incident Management System - NIMS. Middle-level leadership in addition, must also have IS 300. Command leadership in addition must have IS 800. (CLICK HERE).

E. ACTS Emergency Support Program requires advanced training to be involved in an ACTS "Quick Response Team."

F. Maintain loaned equipment in a "ready-to-deploy" activation state. It is your responsibility to have current "full-coverage" insurance on all ACTS Equipment in your possession at all times. Your insurance company must forward an original copy of your current insurance policy on all ACTS Equipment the date of issuance.

G. Organizations using ACTS Equipment must provide safe storage for it, including the use of interior wareshousing if neccessary.

H. Organizations agreeing to these guidelines, may upon receiving loaned equipment from an ACTS Division, post both the school's or organization's logo with the ACTS Logos as directed by the ACTS Division the equipment is loaned from or used in conjunction with.
Please Note:
ACTS ES Logos are only avialable to be used on ACTS ES
QRT
Equipment as directed by ACTS Emergency Support.

I. Establish two seperate budget "line-items" named: ACTS Emergency Relief and ACTS Emergency Support if you are involved in both Divisions; if not involved in both divisions, only establish a line-item for the division you are involved with:
>Forward 10% of the total donations that you have received during a
year, with 5% donation to one of the ACTS Divisions and the other 5%
donation to the other ACTS Division and donate early in December.
>If you are only involved in with one division, then only forward in the name of that ACTS Division only and donate in early December.
NOTE:
You can seperate your donations to donate in June and in December which better helps the needs of ACTS World Relief.

ACTS World Relief has a network of donating partners of equipment and supplies, and ACTS WR wants to establish incentive and screening to organizations accountable in order to allow your organization to become all God wants it to be when you join
"The Army of EVERY One."
